Jobs

POST /v1/jobs requires Idempotency-Key. The documented candidate request fails with model_not_available and does not create a job.

GET /v1/jobs and GET /v1/jobs/{id} list and read only the calling organization. Another tenant's id is a 404.

POST /v1/jobs/{id}/cancel cancels a queued job and releases its reservation. A running job records a cancel request; the worker honors it before calling a provider. A finished job is returned unchanged. Cancellation is cooperative and at-least-once work can still be retried until a terminal state is stored.
