Pricing approach
Jobs are designed to be prepaid. An accepted job reserves an integer number of USD cents, settles that reserve once if the provider result is allowed to succeed, and releases it if the job fails or is cancelled. No public model has a price in this deployment, because no public model is offered.
Card charging is not configured
There is no checkout and no card charge. A balance changes only when a platform admin records an audited credit adjustment, or later when a real billing provider is connected. The ledger starts at zero.
